Abstract

Karbon liflerine ve bir haşıl ajanına sahip bir karbon lif demeti sağlanmaktadır, burada haşıl ajanı, 11.2 ila 13.3 arasında bir SP değerine sahip suda çözünür bir poliüretan reçine içermektedir ve haşıl ajanı, kütle cinsinden %0.5 ila 7 oranında karbon liflerinde biriktirilmektedir. Ayrıca karbon liflerine ve bir haşıl ajanına sahip bir karbon lif demeti sağlanmaktadır, bu haşıl ajanı, aşağıda (A)/da gösterilen bileşen ve (B1) veya (B2)/de gösterilen bileşenden oluşturulmaktadır ve bu haşıl ajanı, kütle cinsinden %0.5 ila 7 oranında karbon liflerinde biriktirilmektedir: (A) kütle cinsinden %73 ila 98 oranında bir polioksialkilen birimi; (B1) kütle cinsinden %0.5 ila 15 oranında bir aromatik ester birimi, kütle cinsinden %1.5 ila 10 oranında bir aromatik üretan birimi; ve (B2) kütle cinsinden %0.5 ila 10 oranında bir aromatik ester birimi, kütle cinsinden %1.5 ila 11 oranında bir alifatik üretan birimi.
