Abstract
İnsan doku faktörü yolak inhibitörünün (TFPI) spesifik epitoplarına bağlanan izole monoklonal antikorlar ve bunları kodlayan izole nükleik asit molekülleri sağlanır. Aynı zamanda anti-TFPI monoklonal antikorları içeren farmasötik bileşimler ve koagülasyondaki yetersizlikler ve kusurların antikorlar uygulanarak tedavi edildiği yöntemler sağlanır.
