Abstract
Kaydırma ile ve süblimleştirilecek bir metal veya alaşımından tabakanın bırakılması ile çelik bant gibi bir substratın bir yüzünün kaplanması için işlem, metal veya metal alaşımın birbiriyle temas eden iki ingot şeklinde substratın yüzüne göre yerleştirilmesini ve ingotların yüzeyinin, substrattan sabit bir mesafede substratın yüzüne doğru döndürülmesini ve sonra kaplanmasını içermektedir. Süblimleştirilecek metal alaşım veya metal ingotlar, substratın bir kayma düzlemiyle paralel bir düzlemde eş zamanlı olarak döndürülmektedir.
