1J JW24 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 別θ有^1^㈣於有機高分子7無機粉體複合材料,且特 別疋有闕於一種有機高分子/無機粉體複 【先前技術】 层,:::近t來台芎經濟成長快速,帶動營建業亦蓬勃發 部=而㈣是對於建築物消防觀念的提升。根據内政 产宣的,統5卜民國93年台灣地區總共發生6,611起火 :民國92年的8,642起與88年的18,254起均減 二目虽大的幅度’此良性現象與近來國人防火觀念提升 人建樂物防火設施的逐漸普遍使用有關。但就我國因火災 1 造成的損失來看,93年死亡人數高達160人,所造成的 =損失更高達2〇億8千592萬4千元,顯示火災所= 軸失仍相當嚴重。因此’除了建築業者需就防火逃生安 王作更有效之空間規劃外,最重要的防火對策即是防火 築材料與裳修(飾)材料的使用。在材料的選擇上,易辦 性的材料應盡量減少使用’而需使用具有防焰性及耐燃性 防火的室内建築與裝修(飾)材料,以免火源產生後燃燒 ,速擴大’造成災害一發不可收拾。而隨著建築物高度與 密度快速提升’火災產生源以及蔓延因子增加,人員^方 逃生更加不易,故所使用之防火耐燃材料其應用與使用層 面以及防火能力亦需隨之提升,現行防火耐燃材料在^ 必定不敷使用。 以現行耐燃材料而言,主要可分為難燃與防火材料兩 0424-A2l260CIPTWF(N2V.P54950061TW. esmond 1338024 燃材料,主要以難燃性高分子 樹脂、難燃性高分子塑材、難燃 $ 4。難燃性南分子材料組成與製備多以難辦 與易燃之高分子主體進行摻混,以製備具 4…性的向分子材料’例如美國專利6’284,343、 遍,〇8與/,〇34,423 ’以及日本專利2005133027、 0319349等。此種材料以添加之難燃劑來改變高分子材 ^的燃燒現象,是需要加入麵合劑或界面活性劑來增加分 散效果,局分子與無機粉體難_本身是無鍵結的,因此 材料本身雖不易燃燒,但在火焰與熱量的影響下會產生炫 =m㈣等現象’故此難_性並不足以提供防火 此力’亦即無法保護其他易燃物質在有火焰與熱量下不被 引燃並且有效的延緩火焰蔓延。而以防火材料而言,主要 !用,有防火塗料與防火月板(包括防火片、防火板 寻)。目前防火塗料’例如中華名國專利442,549、499,彻 與419,514以及美國專利5,723,5】5、5,356,568、日本專利 綱4315812、8253710等防火塗料,都是使用大量的發泡 ^奴化釗、難燃劑與黏著劑,在燃燒時促進材料碳化與 發泡膨脹,制用此—具#孔洞蓬鬆的破化膨脹層作為主 要防火的機制’阻隔火焰並延緩熱量傳遞至易燃物質。此 種防火機制在火災初期火焰與熱量較小的情況下,能夠提 供二定的防火效能,但火災中期火騎熱量較大時,碳化 層邊易產生龜裂、剝落或裂解的現象,導致防火效能降低。 【發明内容】 0424-A21260CIPTWF(M2);P54950061 TW;esm〇nd 1338024 本發明的目的在於提供一種有機/無機複合防火塗 料,其具備良好的防火與崎燃特性。 為達上述與其他目的,本發明係選用較易於加工處理 . 的有機成分,包括有機高分子、單體、寡聚合物、預聚合 , 物或共聚合物作為主體材料,將無機粉體材料均勻地分散 於有機成分中並進行反應,形成有機/無機複合材料,以無 機粉體材料補強並改變其有機高分子之機械性質與燃燒特 性,使其在火焰或熱量的作用下,有機/無機複合材料除了 φ 具有難燃性質之外亦能維持埘燃、防焰與阻燃等防火能 力,能夠有效的保護其他易燃材料。本發明之防火塗料主 要包括一有機/無機複合材料,其包含一有機成分,具有第 一反應性官能基,該有機成分包括:有機高分子、單體、 寡聚合物、預聚合物或共聚合物;及一無機粉體,具有第 二反應性官能基;其中該有機成分與該無機粉體經由該第 一與第二反應性官能基形成化學鍵結。 為讓本發明之上述和其他目的、特徵、和優點能更明 • 顯易懂,下文特舉出較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳 細說明如下: 【實施方式】 本發明利用本身具有反應性官能基,或能夠經由表面 處理、改質後具備表面官能基的無機粉體材料與添加物, 與有機高分子、單體、募聚合物、預聚合物或共聚合物之 反應性官能基產生反應,並且使其均勻地分散於有機成分 系統中,並依照所使用有機成分系統的不同搭配適當的連 0424-A21260CIPTWF(N2);P5495005lTW:esmond 8 1338024 續相,形成有機/無機複合防火塗料。一般而言,有機成分 之含量可在10-90wt%之間,無機粉體之含量可在90-10wt% 之間;在較佳實施例中,有機成分含量為30-70wt%,無機 • 粉體含量為70-30wt% ;在更佳實施例中,有機成分含量為 40-60wt%,無機粉體含量為60-40wto/〇。 本發明之防火塗料為漿料形態(slurry form),其中之有 機成分可為有機高分子、單體、寡聚合物、預聚合物或共 聚合物,而固化後的塗膜,其有機成分可能為寡聚合物 φ (oligomer)、共聚合物(copolymer)或有機高分子(polymer)。 本發明中所稱之”寡聚合物”係指數量平均分子量約200至 1499 Daltons之化合物,而”共聚合物”與”有機高分子”係指 數量平均分子量約1500至大於〗,00,000 Daltons之化合物。 有機成分與無機粉體之反應性官能基包括,但不限 於:-OH、-COOH、-NCO、-NH3、-NH2、-NH、環氧基等。 舉例而言,可選擇具有-COOH或-NCO官能基之有機成分 (如有機酸系化合物或反應型聚氨酯)與具有-Ο Η官能基之 • 無機粉體(如金屬氫氧化物)反應。亦可選擇具有環氧基 (epoxy)之有機成分與表面具有-ΝΗ2官能基之無機粉體反 應。反之,亦可選擇具有-ΟΗ官能基之有機成分(如聚乙烯 醇)與具有-COOH或-NCO官能基之無機粉體反應,或者選 擇具有-ΝΗ2官能基之有機成分與具有環氧基(epoxy)之無 機粉體反應。 本發明之有機成分包括任何具有上述反應性官能基之 募聚物、單聚合物、或共聚合物,且反應性官能基可位於 0424-A21260CIPTWF(N2):P54950061TW;esmond 9
