明細書 光学異性体用分離剤およびその製造法 発明の分野
本発明は、 光学異性体用分離剤およびその製造法に関し、 特に、 担体上で多糖 誘導体同士のみを架橋させる こ とによって得られる、 ラセ ミ体の光学分割剤と し て有用な分離剤およびそれを製造する方法に関する。 関連技術の記述
シ リ 力ゲルに多糖誘導体を担持させてなる充填剤は、 ラセ ミ体の光学異性体用 分離剤と して有用である ことは知られている (Y. 0KAM0T0. . KAffASH I MA and K . HATADA, J . Am. Chem. Soc. , 106 , p. 5357 , 1984 ) 。 しかしながら、 そのよ うな 分離剤は、 シ リ カゲルに多撻誘導体を単なるコ ーティ ングのみにより担持させて なる ものであるため、 耐溶剤性が悪い。 それゆえ、 その分離剤を液体ク ロマ ト グ ラ フ ィ一用充填剤と して用いるとき、 使用できない溶離液がある。
従って、 多糖誘導体を担体に担持してなる分離剤であって、 耐溶剤性の良好な ものが求められている。 発明の概要
本発明者らは、 多糖誘導体のもつ優れた性質を損なわずに、 上記欠点を克服し た分離剤について鋭意研究し、 その結果、 本発明に到達した。
即ち本発明は、 担体上で多糖誘導体同士のみを架橋させ、 それによつて多糖誘 導体を担体に固定化してなることを特徴とする光学異性体用分離剤、 担体上で、 多糖誘導体同士のみを、 多官能の架橋剤を用いて架橋させるこ とを特徴とする、 本発明の光学異性体用分離剤の製造法、 ク ロマ ト グラ フ ィーの充填剤という、 本 発明の光学異性体用分離剤の用途、 および、 本発明の光学異性体用分離剤を用い て、 光学異性体混台物を互いに分離するこ とからなる光学異性体混合物の分離方 法を提供する ものである。 発明の詳細な説明
本発明における多糖は、 光学活性であり さえすれば、 合成多糖、 天然多糖、 天 然物変成多糖のいずれかを問わず、 いかなる ものでも良いが、 結合様式の規則性 の高いものが好ま しい。 多糖の例には、 ; 5 — 1, 4—グルカ ン (セル ロ ー ス) 、 a - I , 4 ー グノレカ ン ( ア ミ ロ ー ス、 ア ミ ロ ぺ ク チ ン) 、 α — 1, 6 — グルカ ン (デキ ス ト ラ ン〉 、 ; S — 1 , 6 — グルカ ン (ブス ッ ラ ン) 、 ; 9一 1 , 3 — グルカ ン (例えばカ ー ドラ ン、 シゾフ ィ ラ ン等) 、 α — 1 , 3 — グルカ ン、 / S一 1 , 2 一ゲル力 ン ( Cr own G a l l多糖) 、 β — 1 , 4 —ガラクタ ン、 β — I, 4一マ ンナ ン、 α — 1 , 6—マ ンナ ン、 5 — 1 , 2—フ ラ ク タ ン (ィ ヌ リ ン) 、 β — 2 , 6 一フ ラ ク タ ン ( レバン) 、 一 1, 4 ーキ シ ラ ン、 /5 — 1 , 3—牛 シ ラ ン、 /3 — 1 , 4 — キ ト サ ン、 3 — 1, 4 — Ν—ァセチ ルキ ト サ ン (キチ ン) 、 ブノレラ ン、 ァガロー ス、 ア ルギン酸があり、 加えて、 ア ミ ロースを含有する殿粉なども、 多 糖に含まれる。 これらの中で、 高純度のものを容易に得ることのできるセルロ ー ス、 ア ミ ロー ス、 β — 1 , 4一キ ト サ ン、 キチ ン、 β — 1 , 4一マ ンナ ン、 β — 1, 4 ー キ シ ラ ン、 ィ ヌ リ ン、 カー ドラ ン等が好ま し く、 特に、 セル ロ ー ス、 ァ ミ ロースが好ま しい。
多糖の数平均重台度 (一分子中に含まれる ビラ ノ ー ス或いはフ ラ ノ ー ス環の平 均数) は 5以上であり、 好ま し く は 1 0以上である。 多糖の数平均重台度に特に 上限はない力;、 それが 5 0 0以下であるこ と力 取り扱いの容易さにおいて好ま しい。
本発明に用いられる多糖誘導体の例と して、 上記のよ うな多糖を、 その多糖の 水酸基と反応し得る官能基を有する化合物と従来公知の方法で反応させて得られ る、 原料多糖の水酸基の一部が、 エ ス テル結合またはウ レタ ン結合となった化合 物が挙げられる。
ここで、 水酸基と反応し得る官能基を有する化合物の例と しては、 イ ソ シア ン 酸誘導体、 カ ルボ ン酸、 ヱ ス テル、 酸ハラ イ ド、 酸ア ミ ド、 ハ ロ ゲン化物、 ェ ポ ヰシ ド、 アルデ ヒ ド、 ア ルコ ール、 およびその他の脱離基を有する化合物があげ られ、 それらは、 脂肪族化合物、 脂環族化合物、 芳香族化合物、 へテ口芳香族化 台物のいずれであってもよい。 本発明において、 架橋反応に供せられる多糖誘導体と して特に好ま しいものは、 セル ロ ー スまたはァ ミ ロー ス のエ ス テルあるいはカ ルバメー ト誘導体であって、 未反応の水酸基を、 グルコ ー ス ユニ ッ ト当たり 0. 1 個以上もつもの、 および、 グルコー スユニッ ト当たり 0. 1 個以上の反応性官能基を、 セル ロー スまたはァ ミ ロ ー スをそのエ ス テルあるいはカ ルバメー ト誘導体とするために導入した基内 にもつもの等である。 こ こ で、 反応性官能基と しては、 例えば、 水酸基、 ァ ミ ノ . 基、 メ ルカプ ト基、 カ ルボ牛 シル基、 ビニル基が挙げられる。
本発明に用いられる担体の例と しては、 その表面を、 架橋剤と反応しないよう に不活性化処理した多孔質有機担体および多孔質無機担体が挙げられ、 好ま し く は多孔質無機担体である。 多孔質有機担体と して適当なものは、 ポ リ ス チ レ ン、 ポ リ ア ク リ ルア ミ ド、 ポ リ アク リ レー ト等の高分子物質からなる ものであり、 多 孔質無機担体と して適当なものは、 シ リ カ ゲル、 シ リ カ、 アル ミ ナ、 マ グネ シア、 ガラ ス、 カ オ リ ン、 酸化チ タ ン、 ゲ イ酸塩等である。 特に好ま しい担体は シ リ 力 ゲルであ り、 その粒径は、 1 m〜 1 0 mm、 好ま し く は l 〜 1 0 0 0 m、 さ らに好ま し く は l 〜 3 0 0 ^ mであり、 その平均孔径は、 1 0 オ ン グス ト ローム 〜 1 0 0 ;z m、 好ま し く は 5 0 ~ 5 0 0 0 0 オ ン グス ト ロームである。 シ リ カゲ ルの表面の不活性化処理は、 従来公知の方法で実施できる。
本発明において、 多糖誘導体同士のみを架橋せしめる為に用いられる多官能の 架撟剤と しては、 例えば、 多官能イ ソ シアナー ト誘導体、 ジカ ルボ ン酸の酸塩化 物誘導体、 ジヱポキ シ誘導体、 ジビニル誘導体が挙げられる。 こ れらの架橋剤は、 脂肪族系化合物であつても芳香族系化合物であってもよい。 多官能の架橋剤と し て、 特にジイ ソ シアナ一 ト誘導体が好ま しい。
本発明においては、 セ ルロ ー スまたはァ ミ ロ ー スの 6位の水酸基同士を選択的 に架橋させてなる多糖誘導体架橋物からなる ものが特に好ま しい。
多糖誘導体の架橋率は、 1 〜20%が好ま しい。 こ こで、 架橋率とは、 多糖誘導 体中の未反応の水酸基または反応性官能基と、 多官能の架橋剤の官能基とが 1対 1 に反応すると した際、 もとの多糖のもつ全水酸基に対する、 架橋反応に寄与し た未反応の水酸基および Zまたは反応性官能基の割合である。
多糖誘導体中の水酸基同士、 反応性官能基同士あるいは水酸基と反応性官能基 を架橋する には、 多糖誘導体を、 前もってその表面を不活性化処理した担体に担 持 (固定) させておかねばならない。 固定の方法の例と して、 多糖誘導体の溶液 の担体へのコーテ ィ ン グが挙げられる。 なお、 担体に固定する多糖誘導体の量は、 担体の重量を基準にして 1 〜 1 0 0重量%が好ま しく、 5 〜 6 0重量%が特に好 ま しい。
本発明の分離剤を製造する方法の一例を以下に示す。
セ ル ロ ー ス を ト リ チノレク ロ ラ イ ド と反応させ、 6 — 0 — ト リ チ ルセ ノレロー ス と する。 得られた ト リチ ルセルロ ースを、 水酸基と反応し得る官能基を有する化合 物と従来公知の方法で反応させ、 ト リ チ ルセルロ ー ス の水酸基と、 水酸基と反応 し得る官能基を有する化合物のその官能基とをヱ ス テ ル結合またはゥ レ タ ン結合 させる。 得られたセルロー ス誘導体を塩酸などの酸で処理し、 その ト リ チル基を 外し、 本発明に係るセルロ ー ス誘導体とする。 得られた本発明に係るセルロ ー ス 誘導体を溶媒に溶解させ、 得られた溶液を、 その表面を不活性化してなるシ リ カ ゲルにコ ーティ ン グし、 セ ルロ ー ス誘導体でコ ーティ ン グされたシ リ カ ゲルとす る。 乾燥不活性溶媒中で、 セルロー ス誘導体でコ ーテ ィ ン グされたシ リ カ ゲルの セル ロ ー ス誘導体を、 多官能イ ソ シアナ一 ト誘導体と反応させ、 セル ロ ー ス誘導 体同士を架橋させる。 こ のよ う に して、 シ リ カ ゲルにセ ル ロ ー ス誘導体を固定化 させてなる本発明の分離剤を得ることができる。
本発明において、 担体上で多糖誘導体同士のみを架橋させて、 多糖誘導体を担 体に固定化する方法と しては、 多糖誘導体の、 原料多糖に由来する水酸基部分で 架橋する方法と、 多糖をその誘導体とする際に導入した基が有する反応性官能基 部分で架橋する方法があるが、 前者には、 下記反応式に示す方法が含まれる。

多糖をその誘導体とする際に導入した基が有する反応性官能基部分で架橋する 場合は、 上記反応式に示されたそれぞれの方法に、 反応性官能基をもった置換基 の導入のス テ ッ プを入れれば良い。 即ち、 架橋前に多糖を誘導体化する際、 多糖 の水酸基と反応する官能基に加え、 他の反応性官能基を有する化合物を、 多糖ま たは特定の水酸基が保護された多糖誘導体に反応させれば良い。
こ のよ う な方法で得られる本発明の分離剤は、 多官能架橋剤を用いて多糖誘導 体同士を互いに架橋させるこ と によ っ て得られた多糖誘導体架橋物内に、 担体を 包含し、 担体が、 多糖誘導体架橋物から逸脱しない構造となっている ものである c 本発明の光学異性体用分離剤は、 ガス ク ロ マ ト グラ フ ィ ー、 液体ク ロマ ト グラ フ ィ一、 薄層ク ロマ ト グラフ ィーなどのク ロマ ト グラ フ ィ一に用いられるのが一 般的であるが、 特に液体ク ロマ ト グラ フ ィーに適用するのが好ま しい。 即ち、 本 発明の光学異性体用分離剤は、 各種ク ロマ ト グラフ ィーにおいて、 充填剤と して 用いられる。
本発明の光学異性体用分離剤を用いれば、 光学異性体混合物を互いに分離する こ とができ る。
本発明の分離剤は、 耐溶剤性に優れ、 光学分割用分離剤と して最適である。 実施例
以下、 本発明を実施例を参照して詳細に説明するが、 本発明はこれらの実施例 だけに限定されるものではない。
実施例 1
① シ リ カ ゲルの表面の不活性化処理
多孔質シ リ カ ゲル (ダイ ソ一 S P— 1 0 0 0 ) を、 従来公知の方法でァ ミ ノ プ 口 ビル シ ラ ン処理 ( A P S処理) した。 塩化メ チ レ ン 1 0 0 0 m l 中、 室温で 得られた A P S — シ リ カ ゲル 2 0 0 gを、 3 , 5 — ジメ チ ルフ エ二ルイ ソ シアナ ー ト 1 5 m 1 と 1 . 5時間反応させた。 得られた生成物を、 グラ ス フ ィ ルタ 一で 濾別し、 塩化メ チ レ ン/メ タ ノ ール ( 2 ノ 1 ) 混合物、 塩化メ チ レ ン、 ヱタ ノ 一 ル、 アセ ト ン、 n —へキサ ンで順次洗浄し、 乾燥して、 その表面を不活性化処理 したシ リ カ ゲルを得た。 ②セルロ ー ス誘導体 〔セルロ ー スの 6 — ヒ ド ロ キ シー 2 , 3 — ビ ス ( 3 , 5 — ジ メ チルフ ユ 二ルカ ルバメ ー ト ) 誘導体〕 の合成
窒素雰囲気下、 グルコ ー ス単位当たり約 0 . 9 〜 1 個の ト リチ ル基を有する ト リ チ ルセル ロ ー ス 4 . 0 を乾燥ビリ ジンに溶かし、 得られた溶液に、 3 , 5 — ジメ チ ルフ -二ルイ ソ シアナー ト 1 ひ m 1 を加えた。 窒素雰囲気下、 得られた混 台物を、 1 0 0 °Cで 2 5時間加熱撹拌し、 得られた反応混合物を、 メ タ ノ ー ル 7 0 0 m l に注ぎ込んだ。 析出した固体をグラ ス フ ィ ルタ ーで濾取し、 エ タ ノ ー ル、 n —へキサ ンで順次洗浄し、 乾燥した。 次に、 その固体を、 濃塩酸入 り の メ タノールに入れ、 得られた混合物を攬拌し、 反応生成物から ト リチル基を外した c 固体をグラ ス フ ィ ルタ ーで濾取し、 エ タ ノ ール、 n —へ牛サ ンで順次洗浄し、 乾 燥し、 セ ロ ー スの 6 — ヒ ド ロ キ シ - 2 , 3 — ビス ( 3 , 5 — ジ メ チ ゾレフ ェ ニル カ ルバメ ー ト) 誘導体を得た。
③セル ス誘導体が担持されたシ リ 力 ゲルの調製
上記②で得たセル ス誘導体 1 . 5 gをテ ト ラ ヒ ドロフ ラ ンに溶解した。 得 られた溶液を上記①で得たシ リ カ ゲル 5 . 7 gに均一に振りかけ、 溶媒を留去し てセルロ ー ス誘導体をシ リ カ ゲルに担持させた。 得られた生成物を、 メ タ ノ ール、 エ タ ノ ール、 n —へキサ ンで順次洗浄してから乾燥し、 セルロ ー ス誘導体が担持 されたシ リ カゲルを得た。
④セ ル ロ ー ス誘導体同士のみの架橋反応による シ リ カ ゲルへの固定化
上記③で得たセルロ ー ス誘導体が担持された シ リ カ ゲル 6 . 7 gへ、 金属ナ ト リ ウムで乾燥した ト ルヱ ン (以下、 乾燥 ト ルヱ ンと称す) 3 5 m 1 を加え、 さ ら に ジフ エ ニ ル メ タ ン ジ イ ソ シアナ一 ト 1 1 0 m g を加えた。 得られた混合物を 1 1 0 °Cで 6時間加熱撹拌した。 反応終了後、 生成物をグラ ス フ ィ ルタ 一で濾取 し、 テ ト ラ ヒ ド ロ フ ラ ン、 メ タ ノ ール、 エ タ ノ ール、 n —へキサ ンで順次洗浄し た後乾燥して、 セルロ ー ス誘導体を シ リ 力ゲルに固定化してなる分離剤を得た。
⑤ シ リ 力ゲルに固定化されたセル 口一ス誘導体中の未反応の水酸基の修飾 上記④で得た分離剤へ、 乾燥 ト ルエ ン 2 5 m 1、 乾燥ピリ ジ ン 1 5 m 1 を加え、 さらに 3 , 5 — ジメ チ ルフ エ 二ルイ ソ シアナ一 ト 0 . 5 m l を加えた。 得られた 混合物を 1 1 0 °Cで 1 5時間加熱攬拌した。 反応終了後、 生成物をグラ ス フ ィ ル タ ーで據取し、 テ ト ラ ヒ ド ロ フ ラ ン、 メ タ ノ ー ル、 エ タ ノ ール、 n >キサ ンで 順次洗浄し、 乾燥して、 シ リ カ ゲルに固定化されたセル π— ス誘導体の未反応の 水酸基を力 ルバモイ ル化 した。
シ リ カ ゲルへのセルロ ー ス誘導体の担持量は、 約 1 9 % (セルロー ス のグルコ ー ス単位が有する水酸基 3個のうち 2. 5個が力ルバモ イ ル化したものが、 シ リ 力ゲルに担持していると して計算) であった。
比較例 1
(多糖誘導体同士および多糖誘導体と シリ 力ゲルの両方を架橋させるこ と によ つ て、 シ リ カ ゲルに多糖誘導体を固定化した分離剤の調製)
グルコ ー ス単位当たり約 0. 9 ~ 1個の ト リ チ ル基を有する ト リ チルセルロ ー ス 1. 8 gをテ ト ラ ヒ ドロフ ラ ンに溶かした。 得られた溶液を、 ア ミ ノブ口 ピル シ ラ ン処理を した シ リ 力 ゲル (ダイ ソ 一製) 6. 0 に均一に振り かけ、 溶媒を 留去して、 ト リ チルセ ル ロ ー ス を シ リ カ ゲルに担持した。 こ の シ リ カ ゲルに、 メ 夕ノ ール 7 5 m 1、 濃塩酸 0. 7 5 m l を注ぎ、 得られた混合物を一晚室温に放 置して、 セル ロースから ト リチル基を除去した。 生成物を濾取し、 メ タ ノ ールで 洗浄した。 これに、 メ タ ノ ール 7 5 m l、 ト リ ェチルァ ミ ン 0. 7 5 m l を注ぎ、 得られた混合物を 5分間攬拌した。 生成物を濾取し、 メ タ ノ ールで洗浄してから 乾燥した。
窒素雰囲気下、 前記の如く 得られたセ ル ロ ー スを吸着させてなる シ リ 力ゲル 3. 4 gへ、 乾燥 ト ルエ ン 6. 5 rn l に 4, 4 ' — ジフ エ ニルメ タ ン ジイ ソ シァ ナー ト 4 9. 3 m gを溶かしたものを加え、 さ らに乾燥ビリ ジ ン 2. 5 m l を加 えた。 得られた混合物を 6 0てで加熱撹拌した。 5時間後、 乾燥ピリ ジ ン 2 0 m l と 3, 5 — ジメ チ ルフ ヱ 二ルイ ソ シアナ一 ト 0. 7 5 m l をそれに加え、 そ の後、 1 1 0 °Cに加熱した。 1 8時間後、 得られた反応混合物をグラ ス フ ィ ルタ —で濾過し、 濾取物をテ ト ラ ヒ ドロ フ ラ ンで洗浄し、 それが乾く前にメ タ ノ ール、 エタ ノ ール、 n—へキサ ンで順次洗浄し、 乾燥して、 多糖誘導体同士および多糖 誘導体と シ リ カ ゲルの両方を架橋さ せて、 シ リ カ ゲルに多撻誘導体を固定化した 分離剤を得た。

比較例 2
(セ ル ロー ス ト リ ス ( 3 , 5 — ジ メ チ ルフ エ 二ルカ ルバメ ー ト ) を シ リ カ ゲル にコーテ ィ ングしてなる分離剤の調製)
窒素雰囲気下で、 セルロ ー ス (重合度約 3 0 0 ) 3. 5 k gをピリ ジ ン 5 6 リ ッ ト ノレに力 Πえ、 これにセノレ ロ ー ス に対して大過剰の 3 , 5 — ジメチノレフ ヱ二ルイ ソ シア ン酸 ( 2 3. 1 k g ) を 1 0 0 °Cで加えた。 得られた混合物を 1 0 5 °Cで 撹拌し、 1 2時間反応させた。 次いで、 この反応液を冷却し、 そ こ に メ タ ノ ー ル 3 リ ッ ト ルを加えた。 得られた混台物をメ タ ノ ール 1 6 0 リ ッ トル中に投入した c 生じた沈穀物を濾過によ り回収後、 乾燥し、 セルロー ス ト リ ス ( 3, 5 — ジメ チルフ ヱ 二ルカ ルバメ ー ト ) 1 1. 8 k gを得た (収率 8 8 % ) 。
得 ら れた.セ ル ロ ー ス ト リ ス ( 3 , 5 — ジ メ チ ノレ フ エ 二 カ ルノ メ ー ト ) 7 2 0 gをアセ ト ン 4. 7 リ ッ ト ルに溶解し、 得られた溶液を 3 —ア ミ ノ ブロ ピ ルシ ラ ン処理したシ リ カ ゲル (ダイ ソ 一 S P— 1 0 0 0 ) 2 8 8 0 gに撹拌しな がら滴下した。 得られた混合物を完全に混合した後、 溶媒を留去して、 分離剤 3 5 8 0 gを得た。
応用例 1
実施例 1 で調製した、 多糖誘導体をシ リ 力 ゲルに固定した分離剤を充填剤と し て用い、 長さ 2 5 c m、 内径 0. 4 6 c mのス テ ン レ ス ス チール製のカ ラ ム に、 スラ リ一充填法で充填し、 光学分割用力 ラムを作製した。
このカ ラ ムをそのまま、 あるいは各種有機溶媒で洗浄した後用い、 表 1 に示す 各種ラセ ミ体の光学分割を行つた。 高速液体ク 口マ ト グラフ ィ一 (H P L C ) に は、 日本分光製の J A S C 0 8 7 5 — U Vを使用した。 溶離液の流速は 1. 0 m 1 分、 温度は 2 5 °Cの条件下で実験を行った。
結果を表 1 に示す。

比較例 1 で調製した分離剤を充填剤と して用い、 長さ 1 0 c m、 内径 0. 4 6 c mの ス テ ン レ ス ス チー ル製のカ ラ ム に、 ス ラ リ一充填法で充填してカ ラ ムを作 製した。
得られたカ ラ ムを、 各種有機溶媒で洗浄した後、 それを用いて表 1 に示す各種 ラセ ミ 体の光学分割を行つた。 高速液体ク 口マ ト グラ フ ィー ( H P L C〉 には、 日本分光製の J A S C 0 8 7 5 — U Vを使用した。 溶離液の流速は 0. 4 m l // 分、 温度は 2 5での条件下で実験を行った。
結果を表 1 に示す。

—方の力 ラ ム につ いては、 そのまま表 2 に示す各種ラ セ ミ体の光学分割実験に 供 し、 表 2 の結果を得た。 溶離液は、 へ キサ ン Zイ ソ プロ パノ ー ル ( 9 Z 1 ( V / V ) ) 混合物、 溶離液流速は 1. 0 m l ノ分、 温度は 2 5 °Cの条件下で実 施した。
他方のカ ラ ム については、 へキサ ン/イ ソ プロ パノ ー ル "テ ト ラ ヒ ド ロ フ ラ ン 混合物 4種 (混台比 (容量比) = 9 1 1、 9 / 1 / 2 , 9 / 1 / 4 , 9 / 1 / 8 ) と メ タ ノ ールで、 順次、 各 3 0分間洗浄してか ら、 表 2 に示す各種ラ セ ミ 体の光学分割実験に供し、 表 2の結果を得た。 溶離液は、 へキサ ン/イ ソプロパ ノ ール ( 9 1 ( V / V ) ) 混合物、 溶離液流速は 1. 0 m l 分、 温度は 2 5 °Cの条件下で実施した。 表 2 洗浄前の比較例 2 洗浄後の比較例 2 ラセミ化合物 のカラム のカラム

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . 担体上で多糖誘導体同士のみを架橋させ、 それによつて多糖誘導体を担体に 固定化してなることを特徵とする光学異性体用分離剤。
2 . 担体が、 表面が不活性化された粒径 1 π!〜 1 0 m m、 孔怪 1 0 〜 1 0 0 mのシ リ カゲルである請求項 1 記載の光学異性体用分離剤。
3 . 架橋させる前の多糖誘導体が、 未反応の水酸基をグル コ ー ス ュニ ッ ト当たり 0 . 1 個以上もつセル ロ ー スまたはァ ミ ロ ー ス のエ ス テルあるいはカ ルノ、'メ ー ト誘 導体である請求項 1 記載の光学異性体用分離剤。
4 . 架橋させる前の多糖誘導体が、 セルロ ー スまたはア ミ ロー ス のエ ス テルある いは力ルバメー ト誘導体であって、 グルコ ー スユニッ ト当たり 0 . 1 個以上の反応 性官能基を、 セルロ ー スまたはァ ミ ロ ー スをそのエ ス テルあるいはカ ルバメ 一 ト誘 導体とするために導入した基内にもつものである請求項 1 記載の光学異性体用分離 剤。
5 . ク ロマ ト グラ フ ィ一に用いられる請求項 1 記載の光学異性体用分離剤。
6 . 担体上で、 多糖誘導体同士のみを、 多官能の架橋剤を用いて架橋させること を特徴とする請求項 1 記載の光学異性体用分離剤の製造法。
7 . 架橋させる前の多糖誘導体が、 未反応の水酸基をグル コ ー スュニ ッ ト当たり 0 . 1 個以上もつセ ルロ ー スまたはァ ミ ロー ス のエ ス テ ルあるいはカ ノレバメ 一 ト誘 導体である請求項 6記載の光学異性体用分離剤の製造法。
8 . 架橋させる前の多糖誘導体が、 セル ロ ー スまたはア ミ ロ ー スのヱ ス テルある いは力ルバメー ト誘導体であって、 グルコ ー スユニッ ト当たり 0 . 1 個以上の反応 性官能基を、 セ ルロ ー スまたはア ミ ロー スをそのエ ス テ ルあるいはカ ルバメ ー ト誘 導体とするために導入した基内にもつものである請求項 6記載の光学異性体用分離 剤の製造法。
9 . 多官能の架橋剤が、 ジイ ソ シアナ一ト誘導体、 ジカルボ ン酸の酸塩化物誘導 体、 ジェポキ シ誘導体またはジビニ ル誘導体である請求項 6記載の光学異性体用分 離剤の製造法。
1 0. セルロ ー スまたはァ ミ ロ ー ス の 6位の水酸基同士を選択的に架橋させる請求 項 6記載の光学異性体用分離剤の製造法。
1 1. ク ロマ ト グラ フ ィ一の充填剤という、 請求項 1 記載の光学異性体用分離剤の 用途。
1 2. 請求項 1 記載の光学異性体用分離剤を用いて、 光学異性体混合物を互いに分 離することからなる光学異性体混合物の分離方法。
