Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein biotechnologisches Verfahren zur Herstellung von L-Alaninol der Formel (I), und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von η-Glutamylisopropylamid der Formel (III), unter Verwendung neuer Mikroorganismen, die entweder befähigt sind, aus Isopropylamin L-Alaninol zu produzieren oder befähigt sind, Isopropylamin als einzige C- und N-Quelle zu verwerten.
