Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un substrat (1) porteur, sur une face principale (11), d'une électrode composite (2), laquelle comporte un réseau électroconducteur (21) formé des brins en matériau électroconducteur à base de métal et/ou d'oxyde métallique, et présentant une transmission lumineuse d'au moins 60% à 550 nm, l'espace entre les brins du réseau étant rempli par une matière dite de remplissage isolante. Elle comporte aussi un revêtement électroconducteur (22) couvrant le réseau électroconducteur et en liaison électrique avec les brins et en contact, d'épaisseur supérieure ou égale à 40 nm, de résistivité pi inférieure à 105 Ohm. cm et supérieure à la résistivité du réseau, le revêtement formant une surface externe d'électrode lissée. L'électrode composite présente en outre une résistance carré inférieure ou égale à 10 Ohm/carré. La présente invention a également pour objet sa fabrication et un dispositif électroluminescent organique (100) incorporant cette électrode.
