Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zerkleinerungsgerät zum Zerkleinern von Speisezutaten, insbesondere von homogenem Gemüse wie Knoblauch, mit einer Schneidvorrichtung zum Zerteilen der Speisezutaten in mindestens zwei in einem Winkel zueinander angeordneten Schnittebenen, wobei ein erster Schneidensatz (4) vorgesehen ist, der eine Vielzahl von zueinander beabstandeten Schneiden aufweist, die derart angeordnet sind, dass der Schneidensatz in mindestens einer der Schnittebenen und in einer ersten Schneidrichtung schneidwirksam ist, und mit einer Transportvorrichtung zum Durchführen der Speisezutaten durch den mindestens einen Schneidensatz, um diese zu zerkleinern. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, dass mindestens ein zweiter Schneidensatz (5) mit einer Vielzahl von Schneiden (22) vorgesehen ist, um die Speisezutaten in einer zweiten Schnittebene (E2) zu zerkleinern, und dass die Transportvorrichtung (9) mindestens zwei vorzugsweise unabhängig voneinander betätigbare Schubelemente (8) zum Durchdrücken der Speisezutaten durch die Schneidensätze (4, 5) aufweist, wobei dem ersten und dem zweiten Schneidensatz (4, 5) jeweils ein Schubelement (8) zugeordnet ist, welches in Schneidrichtung (sl, s2) des jeweiligen Schneidensatzes schubwirksam (4, 5) ist.
