Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil à émincer destiné à émincer des aliments, notamment des légumes homogènes tels que de l'ail, comportant un dispositif de coupe destiné à séparer les aliments dans au moins deux plans de coupe formant un angle. L'appareil à émincer comporte un premier ensemble de lames (4) présentant une pluralité de lames espacées disposées de telle manière que l'ensemble de lames agit dans au moins un plan de coupe et une direction de coupe, et un dispositif de transport destiné à guider les aliments à travers le ou les ensembles de lames afin d'émincer les aliments. Selon l'invention, l'appareil à émincer comporte un deuxième ensemble de lames (5) présentant une pluralité de lames (22), destiné à émincer les aliments dans un deuxième plan de coupe (E2), et le dispositif de transport (9) présente au moins deux éléments de poussée (8) pouvant de préférence être actionnés indépendamment l'un de l'autre, destinés à pousser les aliments à travers les ensembles de lames (4, 5). Respectivement un élément de poussée (8) est affecté au premier et au deuxième ensemble de lames (4, 5), chaque élément de poussée exerçant une activité de poussée (4, 5) dans la direction de coupe (s1, s2) de l'ensemble de coupe respectif (4, 5).
