Composition pharmaceutique à administration per os contenant un agent anti-inflammatoire analgésique de type acide phényl-propionique, dans laquelle l'attaque de la muqueuse gastrique par l'agent analgésique est réduite. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique à administration per os comprenant (a) un agent anti-inflammatoire analgésique de type acide phénilproprionique, (b) un acide tranexamique et (c) un gel d'hydroxyde d'aluminium séché.
