  • the steering lock device 63 is integrated with the combination switch 6, but may be separated from the combination switch 6.

  • the outer diameter of the outer peripheral surface 421 and the inner diameter of the inner peripheral surface 422 of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 42 can be set regardless of the inner diameter of the inner peripheral surface 61 of the fitting portion 60 that centers the combination switch 6. Therefore, the diameters of the upper steering shaft 102A and the bearing 43 can be formed in optimum dimensions according to the displacement of the automobile equipped with the steering device 101. As a result, an increase in the weight of the steering device 101 can be suppressed, and an increase in manufacturing cost of the entire steering device 101 can be suppressed.
  • the spacer 7 is elastically deformed so that the protrusion 72 is fitted into the outer peripheral surface 421 of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 42 so that the vibration of the vehicle body can be prevented from being transmitted to the combination switch 6.
  • the spacer 7 has two locking portions 75, 75 in the left and right sides in the vehicle width direction and engages with two locking holes 413, 413 in the left and right sides in the vehicle width direction of the outer column 4. Since the rotation in the circumferential direction is prevented, the rattling of the combination switch 6 is suppressed even if a rotational force is applied to the combination switch 6, and the locking holes 413 and 413 are provided in the vehicle width direction. Since it is provided on the left and right, the vertical rigidity of the steering device 101 can be maintained. Further, since the locking holes 413 and 413 are formed on the front side of the vehicle body with respect to the press-fitting portion of the bearing 43 of the outer column 4, the locking portions 75 and 75 of the spacer 7 are easily bent and easily assembled. When the combination switch 6 is fitted, the locking projections 751 and 751 can be prevented from coming off from the locking holes 413 and 413, so that the spacer 7 does not fall off.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de direction, qui comprend: un arbre de direction pouvant être équipé d'un volant de direction; une colonne de direction, qui est maintenue par la carrosserie du véhicule et maintient rotatif l'arbre de direction sur la surface périphérique intérieure de celui-ci; et un commutateur combiné, qui est inséré dans et fixé à la colonne de direction et combine une pluralité de commutateurs comportant différentes fonctions intégrées en une. Le dispositif de direction comporte: une entretoise, qui présente une surface périphérique intérieure et est installée par insertion sur l'extérieur de la surface périphérique extérieure de l'extrémité de la colonne de direction se situant à l'arrière de la carrosserie du véhicule, et une surface périphérique extérieure, qui est formée aux dimensions de diamètre extérieur, et à l'extérieur de laquelle la surface périphérique intérieure d'une partie d'insertion prévue sur le commutateur combiné peut être insérée; et un mécanisme de prévention de rotation, qui permet de prévenir une rotation de l'entretoise par rapport à la colonne de direction. Par conséquent, l'invention permet d'installer le même commutateur combiné sur une pluralité de types de colonnes présentant différentes dimensions de diamètre extérieur.
