 Selon l'invention, une paire de roues avant (45) et une paire de roues arrière (46) supportées à pivotement de manière à pouvoir tourner par rapport à un corps de voiture (41), et un volant d'inertie (50) disposé de façon à pouvoir tourner dans une direction horizontale à l'intérieur du corps de voiture (41), permettent de produire un jouet mobile (40) plein de surprises et d'attrait du fait qu'il exécute des mouvements imprévisibles qui n'étaient pas réalisables auparavant. En outre, une roulette cylindrique (53) prévue pour entrer en contact avec le sol est disposée, de façon à faire saillie plus loin vers le bas que la paire de roues avant (45) et la paire de roues arrière (46), à l'extrémité de l'arbre rotatif (51) du volant d'inertie (50) et permet de varier la direction de déplacement selon que le corps de voiture (41) est incliné vers la gauche ou vers la droite.
