Abstract

La présente invention concerne divers appareils, systèmes et procédés pour mesurer une caractéristique de solution d'un échantillon comprenant des micro-organismes. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un appareil détecteur comprenant une chambre d'échantillon ayant une paroi latérale de chambre entourant une cavité de chambre configurée pour recevoir l'échantillon, un capteur de référence comprenant un composant à effet de mèche pour diriger l'échantillon vers un matériau d'électrode de référence, et un capteur actif constitué d'un substrat recouvert en partie par une couche d'électrode active. Le capteur actif peut être couplé à au moins une partie de la paroi latérale de la chambre au niveau d'une ouverture de fenêtre définie le long de la paroi latérale de la chambre. Le capteur actif peut être positionné de sorte que la couche d'électrode active fait face à la cavité de chambre pour permettre le contact de l'échantillon à l'intérieur de la cavité de chambre fluidique avec la couche d'électrode active à travers au moins une partie de la paroi latérale de chambre entourant l'ouverture de fenêtre.
