Abstract

La présente demande concerne le domaine des batteries, et en particulier une batterie à haute capacité et un boîtier associé. Le problème de la difficulté d'assembler des ensembles de canalisation de partage de batteries à haute capacité existantes est surmonté. La batterie à haute capacité comprend un boîtier et une pluralité d'éléments de batterie, la pluralité d'éléments de batterie étant connectée séquentiellement en parallèle et agencée dans une cavité interne du boîtier ; le boîtier comprenant un cylindre, une première plaque de recouvrement et une seconde plaque de recouvrement ; la première plaque de recouvrement étant pourvue d'une cavité de partage d'électrolyte, et la première plaque de recouvrement recouvrant une extrémité ouverte au fond du cylindre et étant reliée de manière étanche à l'extrémité ouverte ; la cavité de partage d'électrolyte étant en communication avec une région d'électrolyte dans une cavité interne de chaque élément de batterie ; de troisièmes trous traversants permettant aux pôles des éléments de batterie de s'étendre vers l'extérieur étant formés dans la seconde plaque de recouvrement ; la seconde plaque de recouvrement recouvrant une extrémité ouverte au sommet du cylindre et étant reliée de manière étanche à l'extrémité ouverte ; et les pôles des éléments de batterie s'étendant hors des troisièmes trous traversants, et une région de boîtier correspondant aux troisièmes trous traversants étant scellée de manière fixe avec des boîtiers des éléments de batterie. La cavité de partage d'électrolyte dans la présente demande ne nécessite pas d'insertion, et ainsi la présente demande présente de faibles exigences de précision de traitement et de précision d'assemblage et peut réaliser une production par lots.
