Abstract
Pronalazak se odnosi na korišćenje direktnih ili indirektnih selektivnih inhibitora faktora Xa koji deluju preko antitrombina III, samog ili u kombinaciji sa jednim ili više jedinjenja sa antiplateletnom agregacionom aktivnošću, za dobijanje medicina koje su namenjene za prevenciju i tretiranje tromboembolijskih arterijskih oboljenja. Subjekt pronalaska su takodje farmaceutski preparati koji sadrže jedan ili više direktnih ili indirektnih selektivnih inhibitora faktora Xa koji deluju preko antitrombina III u kombinaciji sa jednim ili više jedinjenja sa anti-plateletnom agregacionom aktivnošću, i po izboru jedan ili više farmaceutski prihvatljivih nosača.[The invention concerns the use of direct or indirect selective inhibitors of the Xa factor acting via antithrombin III, on their own or combined with one or several compounds with platelet antiaggregating activity, for preparing medicines for preventing or treating arterial thromboembolism. The invention also concerns pharmaceutical compositions containing one or several direct or indirect selective inhibitors of Xa factor acting via antithrombin III in association with one or several compounds with platelet antiaggregating activity, and, optionally one or several pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.
