Claims (6)
1. Primena oligosaharida koji je indirektan inhibitor faktora Xa koji deluje via antitrombina II u kombinaciji sa jednim ili više jedinjenja sa anti-plateletnom agregacionom aktivnošću antagonizirajući glikoprotein Ilb/IIIa odabran od: • Etil N-(l-etiloksikarbonilmetilpiperidin-4-il)-N-{4[4-{N-etoksikarbonilimino)(amino)metil} fenil]tiazol-2-il}-3-aminopropionata, • N-(l -karbooksimetilpperidin-4-il)-N {4-[4-{(amino)-(imino)metil}fenil]tiazol-2-il}-3-aminopropionske kiseline, i njihovih farmaceutski prihvatljivih soli, za dobijanje lekova namenjenih za prevenciju i lečenje tromboemboličnih arterijskih oboljenja.
2. Primena prema zahtevu 1, naznačena time, što indirektan inhibitor faktora Xa je metil 0-(2-dezoksi-2-sulfoamino-6-0-sulfo-α-D-glukopiranozil)-(l→4)-0-(β-D-glukopiranoziluronska kiselina)-( 1 —+4)-0-(2-dezoksi-2-sulfoamino-3,6-di-O-sulfo-α-D-glukopiranzil(l ^4)-0-(2-0-sulfo-α-L-idopiranozilsiluronska kiselina)-(l —>4)-2-dezoksi-2-sulfoamino-6-O-sulfo-α-D-glukopiranozid čiji anjon ima strukturu B: ili njegove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli.
3. Primena prema zahtevima 1 ili 2, naznačena time, štoantagonist glikoproteina Iib/IIIa je etil N-(l-etoksikarbonilmetilpiperidin-4-il)-N-{4-[4-{(N-etoksikarbonilimino)(amino)-metil}fenil]-tiazol-2-il}-3-aminopropionat ili N-(l -karboksimetilpiperidin-4-il)-N-{4-[4-{(amino)(imino)metil}fenil]tiazol-2-il}-3-aminopropionska kiselina trihidrohlorid.
4. Farmaceutske kompozicije koje sadrže oligosaharid koji je indirektan inhibitor faktora Xa via antitrombina III u kombinaciji sa jednim ili više jedinjenja sa anti-plateletnom agregacionom aktivnošću antagonizirajućeg glikoproteina IIb/IIIa, odabranim od: • Etil N-(l-etoksikarbonilmetilpiperidin-4-il)-N-{4-[4-{(N-etoksikarbonilimino)-(amino)metil} fenil] -tiazol-2-i 1} -3 -aminopropionat, N-( 1 -karboksimetilpiperidin-4-il)-N- {4-[4- {(amino)-(imino)metil} fneil]tiazol-2-il}-3-aminopropionska kiselina i njihove farmacautski prihvatljive soli i po potrebi jedan ili više fannaceutski prihvatljivih nosača.
5. Farmaceutske kompozicije prema zahtevu 4, naznačene time, što sadrže metil 0-(2-dezoksi-2-sulfoamino-6-0-sulfo-α-D-glukopiranozil)-(l→4)-0-(p-D-glukopiranoziluronska kiselina-( 1→4)-0-(2-dezoksi-2-sulfoamino-3,6-di-0-sulfo-α-D-glukopiranozil-(l —>4)-0-(2-O-sulfo-α-L-idopiranozil-uronska kiselina)-(l→4)-2-dezoksi-2-sulfoamino-6-0-sulfo-α-D-glukopiranozid čiji anjon ima strukturu (B) Ili jednu od njegovih farmaceutski prihvatljive soli, kao indirektni inhibitori faktora Xa.
6. Primena prema zahetvu 1, naznačena time, sto je dati lek aktivan za patološka stanja poput bolesti kardiovaskularnog ili cerebrovaskularnog sistema kao što su tromboembolične bolesti praćene aterosklerozom ili dijabetesom , poput nestabilne angine, cerebralnog napada, restenoze posle angioplastike, endarterektomije ili podešavanja metalne endovaskulame proteze, ili popu tromboemboličkih bolesti povezanih sa retrombozom nakon trombolize, sa infrakcijom, sa demencijom ishemijskog porekla, sa perifernim arterisjkim bolestima, sa hemodijalizom, sa arterijskom fibrilacijom ili tokom primene vaskularne proteze, aortokoronamog bajpasa ili za stabilnu ili nestabilnu anginu, ili za pacijente pod rizikom od tromboze, a koji su lečeni postupkom revaskularizacije uključujući perkutanu angiplastiku, endovaskulame proteze, vaskularne proteze, aortokoronarne bajpasove.
