Abstract
Compuestos de piperazinas 1,4- sustituidas, piperidinas 1,4-sustituídas y 4-alquilidenilpiperidinas 1-sustituidas que poseen propiedades duales deinhibicion de la 5-lipooxigenasa y antihistaminérgicas. Un compuesto de formula I y los isomeros geométricos, enentiomeros diastereoisomeros y salesfarmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismo, en la que: X y X son independientemente hidrogeno, halo, alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, alcoxi, trifluorometilo,o -(Y)m-W; G y G, juntos, forman HC-N, HC-CH o C=C; D es -CH= o =N-; R1 y R2 son independientemente, hidrogeno o juntos son (CH2)n-, siendo n igual a 0, 1,2 o 3; m y m son independientemente, 0 o 1; L1 es alquileno, alquenileno, alqiunileno, o uno de los anteriores en los que uno de los metilenos estáreemplazado por -O-, -S-, -S(O)-, -S(O)2-, -N(Q)- o -N(R3)-; L2 es (a)alqileno, alquenileno, alquinileno, o uno de los anteriores en los que uno o másometilenos están reemplazados por -O-, -S-, -S(O)-, -S(O)2-, -N(Q)-, o -N(R4)-, o (b) -L4-C(O)-N(Q)- o -L4(Q)-, o (c) un enlace directo; L3 es (a) alquileno,alquenileno, alquinileno, o uno de los anteriores en los que uno o más metilenos están reemplazados por -O-, -S-, -S(O)-, -S(O)2-, -N(Q)-, o -N(R5)-, o (b)un enlace directo; V es (a) un arenodivalente, un heteroareno divalente, o un heterociclo saturado divalente cuanto t es 0, o (b)un areno trivalente o unheteroareno trivalente cuando t es 1; Q, Q, y Q son, independientemetne, hidrogeno, AC(O)OR5, o -AC(O)NR6R7; W y W son independientemente, -N(OM)C(O)N(R8)R9, o -C(O)OR8, con la condicion de que al menos uno de W y W es -N(OM)C(O)N(R8)R9, o -N(OM)C(O)R8.
