Abstract
Composición farmacéutica en forma de hidrogel que comprende un diéster de ácido carboxílico, un alquilalcohol-C2-4, una sustancia activa, como por ejemplo un esteroide y una matriz de polímero. La presente se refiere también, al uso de un diéster de ácido carboxílico como intermediario de permeación transdérmica para una sustancia activa de una composición farmacéutica en forma de hidrogel, donde la composición comprende una matriz de polímero y un alquilalcohol-C2-4. Composición resistente a la transpiración en forma de hidrogel que comprende un polímero de acrilo en combinación con un derivado de celulosa.
