Abstract

Procédé de production de protéines et notamment d'anticorps,selon lequel, le milieu de culture utilisé est un milieu hypertonique, dont hypertonicité est obtenue par doublement de la quantité d'amino-acides par rapport à un milieu normal de culture. La production des cellules peut alors etre multipliée par un facteur élevé, par exemple égal à quatre. Application à la fabrication d'anticorps.
