Abstract
"FORMULAçãO DE VEìCULO FARMACêUTICA". A presente invenção refere-se aos sistemas de formulação de veículos de utilidade na preparação de formulações farmacêuticas, os sistemas compreendendo em percentual em peso de cerca de 1% a cerca de 20%, preferencialmente de cerca de 5% a cerca de 12% de um componente tensoativo; de cerca de 55% a cerca de 93%, preferencialmente de cerca de 60% a cerca de 85% de um componente de um ou mais polietilenoglicóis ( PEG ) e de cerca de 1 % a cerca de 25%, preferencialmente de cerca de 5% a cerca de 15% de um ou mais ésteres de ácido graxo de sacarose ou polivinilpirrolidona ( PVP ) com um valor de K entre cerca de 15 e cerca de 90, preferencialmente com um valor de K entre cerca de 16 e cerca de 18, mais preferencialmente de cerca de 17, conforme definido na USP/NF ou uma combinação de um ou mais ésteres de ácido graxo de sacarose ou polivinilpirrolidona ( PVP ) e, opcionalmente, um ou mais conservantes ou antioxidantes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, tais como BHA, BHT, palmitato de ascorbila ou álcool benzílico.
