Abstract
ADENILCICLASE RECOMBINANTE, POLINUCLEOTìDEO, VETOR, PROCESSOS PARA A DETECçãO DE ATIVIDADE PROTEOLìTICA DE UMA MOLéCULA E DA RESISTêNCIA A UM INIBIDOR, DE UMA MOLéCULA COM ATIVIDADE PROTEOLìTICA E DE IDENTIFICAçãO DE MOLéCULAS COM ATIVIDADE PROTEOLìTICA SìTIO-ESPECìFICA, KIT DE DIAGNóSTICO, UTILIZAçãO DE UMA ADENILCICLASE, E, CEPA BACTERIANA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma adenilciclase recombinante compreendendo, pelo menos, uma sequencia polipeptídica incluindo um ou vários sítios de clivagem de, pelo menos, uma mmolécula com atividade proteolítica sítio-específica, a referida sequencia polipeptíca sendo inserida no domínio catalítico de uma adenilciclase conservando, ao mesmo tempo, sua atividade enzimática. A invenção se refere igualmente aos processos de triagem de moléculas com atividades proteolítica utilizando esta adenilciclase recombinante.
