Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO CONTENDO NITROGêNIO ORGâNICO, E, FERTILIZANTE". Composição contendo nitrogênio orgânico, compreendendo o líquido mãe de fermentação obtido cultivando-se um microorganismo tendo capacidade produtora de ácido L-glutâmico em um meio líquido do qual o pH é ajustado a uma condição sob a qual o ácido L-glutâmico é deixado ser precipitado, para permitir que o ácido L-glutâmico seja produzido e acumulado com a precipitação do ácido L-glutâmico associada e depois separando-se o ácido L-glutâmico do meio.
