"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA SUBSTâNCIA ALVO PELA UTILIZAçãO DE UMA BACTéRIA PERTENCENTE AO GêNERO ESCHERICHIA". Em um método para produzir substância alvo pela utilização de um microorganismo, compreendendo cultivar uma bactéria Escherichia em um meio para produzir e acumular a substância alvo no meio ou nas células e coletar a substância alvo, por exemplo uma, cepa em que o gene fis no cromossoma seja rompido de modo que a proteína FIS não funcione normalmente na célula, é usada como a bactéria.
