Abstract

"método para produzir um peptídeo modificado". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um peptídeo ou uma proteína nos quais uma cadeia lateral contém um resíduo de aminoácido modificado, o qual compreende produzir quimicamente um fragmento de peptídeo contendo um resíduo de aminoácido apresentando uma cadeia lateral modificada utilizando uma resina de clivagem em ácido fraco, produzir um fragmento de peptídeo não contendo resíduos de aminoácidos apresentando uma cadeia lateral modificada utilizando um método de recombinação genética ou/e um método enzimático, e condensar os dois tipos de fragmentos de peptídeo resultantes e, de acordo com a presente invenção, podem ser efetivamente obtidos um peptídeo ou uma proteína contendo modificações tais como acilação, glicosilação e fosforilação de alta qualidade.
