Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UM BETA-éSTER DE ALFA-L-ASPARTIL-L-FENILALANINA E PARA PRODUZIR UM ALFA-éSTER METìLICO DE ALFA-L-ASPARTIL-L-FENILALANINA". Um método para produzir <225>-éster de <244>-L-aspartil-L-fenilalanina (também chamado <244>-L-(<225>-o-aspartil substituído)-L-fenilalanina), que é um intermediário de um <244>-éster metílico de <244>-L-aspartil-L-fenilalanina (também chamado éster metílico de <244>-L-aspartil-L-fenilalanina; nome do produto: aspartame), facilmente, em elevado rendimento e de modo barato sem precisar passar através de um método de síntese complexo é provido. Além disso, um método de produção fácil, barato e de elevado rendimento para um <244>-éster metílico de <244>-L-aspartil-L-fenilalanina é provido. <244>-éster metílico de <244>-L-aspartil-L-fenilalanina é produzido a partir de um <244>,<225>-diéster de ácido L-aspártico e L-fenilalanina usando uma enzima ou substância contendo enzima que tem uma capacidade para catalisar uma reaçãa em que L-fenilalanina não realiza ataque nucleofílico em um sítio <225>-éster de <244>,<225>-diéster de ácido L-aspártico mas realiza um ataque nucleofílico em um sítio <244>-éster do mesmo.
