Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA OXIDAR PARCIALMENTE O PROPENO A áCIDO ACRìLICO EM FASE GASOSA SOB CATáLISE HETEROGêNEA". é divulgado um método para oxidação parcial em fase gasosa catalisada heterogeneamente do propeno a ácido acrílico, de acordo com a qual uma especificamente composta mistura gasosa de reação inicial contendo propeno e oxigênio é oxidada em um primeiro leito fixo de catalisador possuindo uma constante ou crescente atividade volume-específica na direção do fluxo em um primeiro estágio de reação. A mistura gasosa resultante do primeiro estágio de reação, a qual contém acroleína, é então oxidada em um segundo leito fixo de catalisador que possui uma crescente atividade volume-específica na direção do fluxo em um segundo estágio de reação. Os corpos moldados do catalisador, de ambos os leitos fixos de catalisador, possuem uma conformação anular e são respectivamente providos com uma composição de óxido de multimetais específica.
