Abstract
"PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO DE EMULSãO óLEO-EM-áGUA QUE PODE SER BATIDO, CONFEITO BATIDO QUE PODE SER PREPARADO E EXIBIDO EM TEMPERATURAS AMBIENTES, E, MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO QUE PODE SER BATIDO". A invenção refere-se um produto alimenticio tendo características de estabilidade melhoradas sem mudança detectável nas características organolépticas. O produto compreende gordura de triglicerídeo, um ou mais açúcares e um componente emulsificante compreendendo emulsificantes estabilizantes e desestabilizantes em quantidades suficientes para estabilizar o produto. Este produto pode ser armazenado em temperatura ambiente por períodos prolongados de tempo e pode também ser batido e exibido em temperaturas ambientes.
