Abstract

"sistema de liberação de drogas, métodos de contracepção, de prover concomitantemente contracepção e tratamento ou prevenção de uma doença sexualmente transmitida, uso do sistema de liberação de drogas, e, método de fabricar o sistema de liberação de drogas em três camadas". a presente invenção provê um sistema de liberação de drogas compreendendo, pelo menos, um compartimento consistindo de (í) um núcleo de polímero termoplástico carregado com drogas, (ii) uma camada intermediária de polímero termoplástico carregada com drogas, e (iii) uma película de polímero termoplástico não medicamentosa, cobrindo a camada intermediária, em que referida camada intermediária é carregada com (a) cristais de um primeiro composto farmaceuticamente ativo e com (b) um segundo composto farmaceuticamente ativo em forma dissolvida e em que o referido núcleo é carregado com referido segundo composto em forma dissolvida.
