Abstract

"COMPOSTO, MéTODOS PARA TRATAR UM DISTúRBIO, PARA DEMONSTRAR A PRESENçA DE RECEPTORES DE CRF EM AMOSTRAS DE CéLULA OU TECIDO, E PARA INIBIR A LIGAçãO DE CRF A UM RECEPTOR DE CRF1, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, E, EMBALAGEM". Compostos de piridina, pirazina e pirimidina fundidos a heteroarila substituído que atuam como moduladores seletivos de receptores de CRF1 são fornecidos. Estes compostos são úteis no tratamento de vários distúrbios do CNS e periféricos, particularmente estresse, ansiedade, depressão, distúrbios cardiovasculares e distúrbios da alimentação. Métodos de tratamento de tais distúrbios e bem como composições farmacêuticas embaladas também são fornecidas. Os compostos da invenção também são úteis como sondas para a localização de receptores de CRF e como padrões nos ensaios para a ligação do receptor de CRF.
