Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE FOLHAS DE VIDRO RECURVADAS, MáQUINA DE RECURVAMENTO DE FOLHAS DE VIDRO, E, FOLHAS DE VIDRO RECURVADAS". Leva-se folhas de vidro (1) à sua temperatura de amolecimento, e depois faz-se as mesmas se deslocar sobre um leito de conformação (6) constituído por elementos (7) que permitem seu avanço, dispostos segundo um trajeto com perfil em arco de círculo, as folhas tomando progressivamente sua forma ao entrar no leito de conformação (6) e sobre uma primeira zona (5) dita de colocação em forma, e depois sendo endurecidas por têmpera ou resfriamento em uma segunda zona (8) de leito de conformação (6) até a sua saída, e depois se recupera as folhas de vidro recurvadas assim obtidas. De acordo com a invenção, constitui-se um leito de conformação (6) cujo perfil se estende segundo um arco de círculo de mais de 90<198> e se assegura o deslocamento das folhas de vidro (1) endurecidas na saida do leito de conformação (6) em uma direção oposta àquela na qual elas foram ali levadas.
