Abstract

"BARREIRA COMESTìVEL, PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO COMPOSTO, PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO E PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO". Trata-se de uma barreira comestível apropriada para o uso em produtos alimentícios, a qual compreende um biopolímero reticulado e um material de lipídio, sendo que a dita barreira comestível tem uma espessura de cerca de 2 a 1.500 micrómetros, e reduz eficazmente a migração da umidade e do sabor em produtos alimentícios.
