COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, MéTODOS PARA MODULAR UM RECEPTOR ATIVADO POR PROLIFERADOR DE PEROXISSOMO, PARA TRATAR DOENçA OU CONDIçãO, PARA ABAIXAR GLICOSE SANGUìNEA EM UM MAMìFERO, PARA TRATAR DIABETES MELLITUS EM UM MAMìFERO, PARA TRATAR DOENçA CARDIOVASCULAR EM UM MAMìFERO, PARA TRATAR SìNDROME X EM UM MAMìFERO, E, USO DE COMPOSTO A presente invenção refere-se a um composto novo, à sua composição e ao uso de um composto possuindo a fórmula estrutural (I), ou de um sal, solvato, hidrato ou estereoisómeros farmaceuticamente aceitáveis do mesmo, que é útil no tratamento ou na prevenção de distúrbios mediados por um receptor ativado por proliferador de peroxissomo (PPAR) tais como síndrome X, diabetes de tipo II, hiperglicemia, hiperlipidemia, obesidade, coagulopatia, hipertensão, arteriosclerose, e outros distúrbios relacionados com síndrome X e doenças cardiovasculares.
