Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE DERIVADOS DE PIRIDINA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de derivados de piridina substituídos da fórmula (I) compreendendo a reação do composto de carbonila alfa-beta-insaturado da fórmula (II) R¬ 3¬-C(O)-C (R¬ 1¬)=C(R¬ 2¬)-G com um reagente de Wittig ou reagente de Horner-Wadswort -Emmons na presença de uma base e ciclização opcionalmente subseqüente.
