Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE TUBO DE AçO REVESTIDO COM METAL, COM ASPERSãO TéRMICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um tubo de metal para proporcionar um processo para a produção de um tubo de aço revestido com metal, aspergido termicamente, tendo uma camada de metal substancialmente uniforme e favorável por toda a superfícies etapas de formar continuamente uma placa de metal composta de um primeiro componente em um formato tubular e soldar continuamente suas extremidades unidas para formar o tubo de metal, em que, após a soldagem contínua, uma camada de metal composta de um segundo componente, que é diferente do primeiro componente, é formada pela aspersão térmica diretamente sobre a superfície do tubo de metal, sendo que a camada de metal não tem descontinuidades nas direções circunferencial e longitudinal. Especialmente, prefere-se que o processo compreenda uma etapa de processo de tornar a distribuição de espessura da camada de metal mais uniforme após a formação da camada de metal aspergida termicamente sobre a superfície externa.
