Abstract

"HASTE ENDOMEDULAR E DISPOSITIVO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE FRATURAS PROXIMAIS DO FEMUR". A invenção refere-se a uma haste endomedular para o tratamento de fraturas proximais do fêmur, compreendendo um corpo alongado (12) apresentando uma parte proximal (14) e uma parte-distal (16). A parte proximal (14) apresenta um primeiro e um segundo orifícios (20, 21) para respectivos parafusos cefálicos (22, 23, 24, 25), cada um apresentando um eixo transversal ao eixo da parte proximal (14). O ) . o primeiro orifício (20) é dividido em duas passagens cada uma apresentando um eixo respectivo (A, B) com uma relação angular predeterminada em relação ao eixo (C) do segundo orifício (21) . As passagens (30,31) são dispostas para , 31) são dispostas para serem seletivamente engatadas por um parafuso cefálico respectivo (22, 24).
