Abstract

COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA SóLIDA, FORMA DE DOSAGEM SóLIDA, MéTODO PARA ADMINISTRAR HEPARINA A UM ANIMAL, MéTODO PARA TRATAR OU EVITAR TROMBOSE EM UM ANIMAL, MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA FORMA DE DOSAGEM SóLIDA DE HEPARINA UMIDECIDA. A presente invenção relaciona-se com uma composição farmacêutica sólida (tal como uma forma de dosagem sólida) compreendendo um agente de liberação e heparina umedecida. A inclusão de heparina umedecida ao invés de heparina não umedecida na composição farmacêutica sólida resulta em uma liberação aumentada da heparina. Sem serem limitados por qualquer teoria particular, os depositantes acreditam que devido à cadeia polimérica da heparina umedecida já estar em uma forma "aberta", enquanto heparina não umedecida não está, menos da heparina umedecida é desmembrada no trato gastrointestinal e é mais facilmente absorvida no estómago.
