Abstract
MéTODO DE DETECçãO E QUANTIFICAçãO IN VITRO DE DNA DE HIV ATRAVéS DE PCR QUANTITATIVA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processa para a detecção e quantificação in vitro de DNA de HIV através de PCR quantitativa. A invenção consiste no desenvolvimento de pares de oligonucleotídeos capazes de hibridizar com fragmentos da seqüência de gene gag presentes no genoma do vírus HIV. Esses oligonucleotídeos permitem a amplificação do DNA viral através de PCR quantitativa. Mesmo no caso de amostras com baixa carga viral, a invenção permite a detecção do DNA do vírus HIV através de justaposição ou de uma PCR convencional com uma PCR quantitativa, ou com uma PCR quantitativa aninhada dupla, usando pares de iniciadores diferentes em cada amplificação. A invenção, comparada com os métodos conhecidos, permite a determinação quantitativa e qualitativamente, in vitro, da presença de DNA de HIV em amostras, de uma maneira rápida, reproduzível e com alta sensibilidade.
