Abstract
MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE COLáGENO EM PLANTA OU EM CéLULA DE PLANTA ISOLADA, PLANTA GENETICANENTE MODIFICADA OU CéLULA DE PLANTA ISOLADA, SISTEMA DE PLANTA, MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE COLáGENO FIBIRILAR E CONSTRUçãO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO. Compreende um método para produzir colágeno em uma planta e plantas para produzir colágeno são estabelecidos; o método é efetuado exprimindo na planta pelo menos um tipo de colágeno da cadeia alfa de maneira a permitir a acumulação de colágeno da cadeia alfa em um compartimento subcelular livre de atividade endógena P4H, por meio disso produzindo o colágeno na planta.
