Abstract
USO DE DERIVADOS DE ESTAUROSPORINA PARA O TRATAMENTO DE MIELOMA MéLTIPLO. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de derivados de estaurosporina para a preparação de uma droga para o tratamento de doenças que envolvem as vias de sinalização de ras ou FGFR3 e/ou transcrição de c-fos, especialmente para o tratamento curativo e/ou profilático de mieloma ou mie- loma múltiplo, e a um método de tratar doenças que envolvem as vias de sinalização de ras ou FGFR3 e/ou transcrição de c-fos.
