Abstract
UNIDADE DE EXPRESSçO, CASSETE DE EXPRESSçO, VETOR, MICROORGANISMO GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADO, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM PRODUTO BIOSSINTETICO, E, USO DE UMA UNIDADE DE EXPRESSçO. A invenção diz respeito a promotores múltiplos e unidades de expressão de gene, ao uso destes para regular a transcrição e expressão de gene, aos cassetes de expressão contendo os ditos promotores múltiplos ou unidades de expressão, aos vetores contendo os ditos cassetes de expressão, aos microorganismos geneticamente modificados contendo os ditos vetores e/ou as ditas unidades de expressão e aos métodos para preparar produtos biossintéticos pelo cultivo de microorganismos geneticamente modificados.
