Abstract

Pà DE COPOLÍMERO DE ETILENO DE PESO MOLECULAR ULTRA ELEVADO, E ARTIGO MOLDADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um pó de copolímero de etileno de peso molecular ultra-elevado, tendo uma viscosidade intrínseca (<sym>) de 10 dl/g a 34 dI/g, obtenível por copolimerização de etileno e, pelo menos, uma olefma selecionada dentre o grupo consistindo de a-olefinas tendo de 3 a 20 átomos de carbono, olefmas cíclicas tendo de 3 a 20 átomos de carbono, 1 compostos representados pela fórmula CH~ 2~CHR¹ em que R¹ é um grupo anta tendo de 6 a 20 átomos de carbono, e dienos lineares, ramificados ou cíclicos tendo de 4 a 20 átomos de carbono, em que (1) um artigo moldado do pó de copolímero tem uma turvação de 30% a 80% e (2) o pó de copolímero tem uma densidade aparente de 0,35 g/cm3 a 0,60 g/cmü. De acordo com a invenção, pode-ser prover um pó de copolímero de etileno de peso molecular ultra-elevado que é excelente no equilíbrio das propriedades de abrasão, propriedades fisicas, e moldabilidade e também excelente em transparência e flexibilidade, como comparado com polietileno de peso molecular ultra-elevado convencional e que tem uma densidade aparente elevada.
