A presente invenção refere-se a um produto de cereal de conteúdo de umidade elevado, de vida útil longa que é fornecido , o qual pode conter uma proteína de leite ácido estável e pelo menos cerca de 45% de conteúdo de água total em peso total do produto de cereal.
