Abstract

PRODUçãO DE PROTEìNAS HETEROOLIGOMéRICAS EM PLANTAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir em uma planta, em um tecido da planta, ou em células da planta, uma proteína heterooligomérica que compreende pelo menos uma primeira e uma segunda subunidade da proteína, sendo que o dito processo compreende expressar em células da planta pelo menos a dita primeira e a dita segunda subunidade da proteína, (i) disponibilizar para a dita planta, o dito tecido da planta ou as ditas células da planta, um vetor viral de RNA de fita simples, sentido positivo, que codifica pelo menos a dita primeira e a dita segunda subunidade da proteína, ou (ii) disponibilizar para a dita planta, o dito tecido da planta ou as ditas células da planta, um primeiro e um segundo vetor viral de RNA de fita simples, sentido positivo, sendo que o dito primeiro vetor viral codifica pelo menos a dita primeira subunidade da proteína, o dito segundo vetor viral codifica pelo menos a dita segunda subunidade da proteína, com o que pelo menos o dito primeiro vetor viral e o dito segundo vetor viral são vetores virais não-competitivos.
