Abstract

MICROIMPLANTES PARA ADMINISTRAçãO OCULAR. A presente invenção refere-se a implantes e microimplantes que são obtidas compreendendo misturas homogêneas de ingrediente ativo e polímero bioerodível, incluindo microimplante tendo diâmetros de 0,048 cm ou menos e que podem ser distribuídos no olho usando métodos autoselantes. Os métodos de fabricação dos implantes e microimplantes são providos que fornecem lotes de implantes e microimplantes altamente uniformes dentro de faixas de tolerância muito estreitas.
