Abstract

compostos heterocíclicos tendo atividade inibitória de 11beta-hidroxiesteroide desidrogenase tipo i. a presente invenção refere-se a um composto útil como um inibidor da 11<255> -hidroxiesteroide desidrogenase tipo i é descrito. um composto representado pela fórmula: um saí farmaceuticamente aceitável ou solvato do mesmo, em que r~ 1~ é alquila opcionalmente substituida ou semelhantes, um de r^ 2^ e r^ 4^ é um grupo de fórmula: -y-r^ 5^, em que y é -o- ou semelhantes, r^ 5^ é alquila substituida (o substituinte é cicloalquila opcionaímente substituida ou semelhantes), alquila ramificada opcionalmente substituida ou semelhantes, o outro de r^ 2^ e r^ 4^ é hidrogênio ou alquila opcionalmente substituida, r^ 3^ é um grupo de fórmula: -c(=o)-z-r^ 6^, em que z é -nr^ 7^- ou -nr^ 7^ r^ 6^ é cicloalquila opcionalmente substituida ou semelhantes, r^ 7^ é hidrogênio ou alquila opcionalmente substituida, w é alquileno opcionalmente substituído, x é =n- ou semelhantes, com a condição de que compostos em que r^ 2^ é 2-(morforino) etóxi, r^ 3^ é n-(1-adamantil)carbamoíla e r^ 1^ é benzila sejam excluídos.
