Abstract

copolímero de metacrilato insolúvel em água, método para produzir um copolímero de metacrilato insolúvel em água, e dispositivo médico. um objetivo da presente invenção é proporcionar um agente para tratamento de superfície excelente em termos de antitrombogenicidade e, por conseguinte, excelente em termos de biocompatibilidade, e tendo alta hidrofilicidade, se comparado com materiais médicos convencionais. além disso, um objetivo da presente invenção é proporcionar um método de produção de excelente desempenho para remover monômeros não reagidos e ainda melhorar um rendimento, se comparado a métodos de produção convencionais. a presente invenção se refere a copolímero insolúvel em água, compreendendo metacrilato de alquila e metacrilato metoxipolietileno glicol. a presente invenção também se refere a um método para produzir um copolímero de metacrilato insolúvel em água por copolimerização de metacrilato de alquila e de metacrilato de metoxipolietileno glicol em um solvente de polimerização comum. além disso, a presente invenção se refere a um método para purificar copolímero de metacrilato por purificação do copolímero de metacrilato por reprecipitação usando uma solução mista de um álcool tendo de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono e água.
