Abstract

LIGA DE AçO PARA FERRAMENTAS COM REMOçãO DE APARAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma liga de aço para ferramentas com remoção de aparas. Para obter uma estrutura de solidificação fina, bem como uma boa deformabilidade térmica do bloco e produzir economicamente a partir daí um material de ferramenta com alta aceitação de dureza e alta resistência à têmpera, prevê-se de acordo com a invenção, uma liga de aço, consistindi essencialmente nos elementos em % em peso de: C = 0,76 até 0,89 Si = 0,41 até 0,59 Mn = 0,15 até 0,39 Cr = 3,60 até 4,60 Mo = 2,00 até 3,15 W = 1,50 até 2,70 V = 0,80 até 1,49 AI = 0,60 até 1,40 P = máx 0,03 S = 0,001 até 0,30 N = 0,01 até 0,10 Fe, bem como elementos de contaminação como resíduo.
