Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE COPOLìMERO USANDO CATALISADORES DE METAIS DE TRANSIçãO FLUORADOS. A presente invenção refere-se a copolímeros e métodos de formar copolímeros. Os métodos em geral incluem proporcionar um composto de metal de transição representado pela fórmula [L]~ m~M[A]~ n~, em que L é um ligante volumoso incluindo a bisindenila, A é um grupo de saída, M é um metal de transição e m e n são tais que a valência do ligante total corresponda à valência do metal de transição e proporcionar um material de suporte tendo uma seqüência de ligação selecionada a partir de Si-O-AI-F, F-Si-O-AI, F-Si-O-AI-F e combinações dos mesmos. Os métodos adicionalmente incluem contatar o composto de metal de transição com o material de suporte, para formar um sistema de catalisador suportado ativo, em que o contato do composto de metal de transição com o material de suporte ocorre em proximidade ao contato com o monómero, e contatar o sistema de catalisador suportado ativo com uma pluralidade de monómeros, para formar um copolímero de olefina.
