Abstract

MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM COMPONENTE DE FIBRA COMPóSITA UTILIZANDO UM NúCLEO DE MOLDAGEM DOBRáVEL, E O DITO NúCLEO DE MOLDAGEM. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar um componente de fibra compósita (1), o método compreendendo as seguintes etapas de método: formar um núcleo de moldagem (4) que compreende um perfil oco (15) feito de segmentos (16a...d) de modo a estabelecer uma geometria externa do núcleo de moldagem (4), em que os segmentos (16a...d) do núcleo de moldagem (4), cada um, estendem-se na direção do eixo geométrico longitudinal do núcleo de moldagem (4) e estão, cada um, construídos de modo a serem articuláveis ao redor de um eixo geométrico que corre na direção longitudinal do núcleo de moldagem (4), entre uma posição dobrada (A) e uma posição desdobrada (6) do perfil oco (15) do núcleo de moldagem (4), em que os segmentos (16a...d) são construídos de modo a serem acoplados uns nos outros através de conexões (1 8a. . .d, 1 9a. . .c) em uma peça de modo a formar o perfil oco (15); pelo menos um produto semi-acabado de fibra (3) é posicionado pelo menos em certas seções sobre o núcleo de moldagem (4) construído de modo a formar pelo menos uma seção moldada (14) do componente de fibra compósita (1) a ser fabricado; e calor e/ou pressão é aplicada na pelo menos uma seção moldada (14) de modo a fabricar o componente de fibra compósita (1).
