Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM CONFEITO CONGELADO REVESTIDO E CONFEITO CONGELADO REVESTIDO. A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a fabricação de um confeito congelado revestido, o processo compreende: formar duas folhas do material revestido compreendendo as partículas e um ligante, o ligante compreendendo uma solução aquosa de adoçantes de 70 a 90° Brix; colocar um ou mais pedaços de confeitos congelados sobre a primeira folha do material de revestimento; colocar então a segunda folha do material de revestimento em cima do confeito congelado e da primeira folha; e moldar a segunda folha ao redor do confeito congelado pressionando a segunda folha sobre a primeira folha, tal que elas são ligadas juntas para formar um revestimento contínuo. Também é fornecido um confeito congelado revestido.
